We have exchanged a tearful goodbye with our lovely and charming inbound exchange student, Anne Potthoff. Anne returns to her homeland Germany soon, and told the membership how delightful her stay in America has been. We wish her all the best life has to offer!

We also extend a huge Welcome Back to Nathalie Massie, who has returned from her outbound journey in Hungary. We can't wait to hear all about her adventures, which were plentiful!

May 30: ROD Clay Edwards introduced Dr. Joe Schrieber, Head of the Dept. of Social Services, who presented a very informative program about the University of Arkansas' responses and solutions to the state of affairs for Arkansas in education, health and poverty.

June 6: ROD Wayne Britt introduced Calvin Goforth, President of Virtual Incubation Corp. He showed a PowerPoint presentation regarding start up and funding for innovative and worthy technology projects in the state of Arkansas. The conclusion is that our state is ripe and ready for an explosion in technology.
